About San Antonio Expert Drywall: Texas Residential and Commercial Drywall
We hang, tape, texture and repair drywall across San Antonio and Bexar County, in houses and in commercial buildings. One company, one phone call.
Who You Reach When You Call a San Antonio Drywall Company
San Antonio Expert Drywall is a drywall company working across San Antonio and Bexar County. Hanging board, taping, texturing and repair is the whole of what we do. We're local, licensed and insured, we have twenty years experience, and we take residential and commercial work alike.
That runs from a hallway crack in a bedroom in Alamo Heights to a suite of offices being turned over before the next tenant moves in. The commercial side is offices, storefronts and restaurants. Whichever one you're calling about, it's the same board, tape and finish work on a different schedule. You don't have to work out which kind of job you've got before you pick up the phone.

Where We Do Drywall Work in San Antonio and Bexar County
Inside the loop we work the older streets. Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills and Olmos Park, where the wall behind your paint can still be plaster over wood lath, which wants a lighter hand and different tools than board does. North of the loop and out past 1604 the houses are newer and sprayed throughout, and that's Stone Oak, Hollywood Park and Alamo Ranch. Leon Valley sits northwest, along Bandera Road.
If your street isn't on that list, call and ask. We cover a good deal more of Bexar County than that list names.
How We Run Your Drywall Job
Here's what happens between your phone call and the primer.
- The phone call is mostly us asking. How long the damage has been there, whether it's changed since you noticed it, and whether anything above it or behind it has been wet. Those three answers tell us whether you're looking at drywall work or at something that comes before drywall work.
- We walk the room, not just the wall you called about. Doors that have stopped latching, and the line where your ceiling meets the wall, tell us what your house has been doing. We look along the wall in the afternoon light from your own window too, because that's the light a finished patch has to survive.
- You get the price before we leave. It covers the job through texture and primer rather than stopping at the patch, so what you're agreeing to is a finished wall.
- A wall that's still moving needs different work, and we'll say so. A crack in a wall the season is still pushing on will open a fresh patch back up. We tell you that in the room, and we price the work that will hold.
- The finish is where a drywall job is won. Compound goes on in coats, and each coat dries on its own schedule. Pushed into one morning, the repair sinks back and shows again a few weeks later. Your estimate says up front whether your job is one visit or two.
- If it isn't drywall, we'll name who to call. A stained ceiling can belong to a roofer or a plumber. Doors sticking in three rooms at once is a question for a foundation repair company. We show you what we're seeing, tell you which one it is, and come back for the drywall once they've been in.
That's the whole job, from your phone call to the primer. Call us and we'll come out and look at your wall.
Included on Every Drywall Job
Licensed, insured, local, and twenty years experience
Residential drywall and commercial drywall both, across San Antonio and Bexar County.
Your drywall price
The texture match and the primer sit inside that price, not added on after you've agreed to it.
The cause of the drywall damage
Not just the crack. We tell you what your house has been doing and what that means for your repair.
One wall or a whole house
Same test board, same texture match, same light run down the wall before we pack up.
None of that is an extra you have to ask for. It's what a drywall job is.
